We are so confident in the value and quality of our advice that if you are not entirely satisfied with our service we will refund any fees you have paid in full.

We promise to keep a constant watch on your wealth applying the same level of care, diligence and commitment as if it were our own money, in fact it almost is. Our fee structure means that our interests our entirely aligned with yours. Our income is calculated as a percentage of the assets that we influence, not on the transactions that we undertake for you. Simply put, this means that we are rewarded for “managing your money” not for “moving your money” as most other advisers are.

We promise to refund your fees if you are not entirely satisfied with our results and at every annual review we will ask your permission to retain our fees. In other words, you are always in control of our relationship.

Any fees charged must be justified. We will always demonstrate the value we have added in both good and bad years alike.

We will be consistent with our fees; we will not offer a discount to one client that we would not be prepared to offer to every other client. Therefore, you can always be sure that you are being treated fairly and paying no more or less than any other client for our services.
